St. Petersburg

St. Pete's older neighborhoods — Old Northeast, Kenwood, and the blocks around them — are full of 1920s houses with details worth keeping: plaster walls, wood windows, archways, and trim profiles you can't buy off a rack. We remodel around them rather than through them, matching profiles where we have to replace and leaving original work alone where it's sound.

The commercial side here is busy too. We build out restaurants, bars, and retail suites along the central corridors, where the challenge is usually getting mechanical, grease, and ADA requirements to coexist inside a small old building.

Every structural or commercial job gets permitted and inspected through the city, and we phase hospitality work so a room, bar, or dining area can keep trading while we're on site.
