St. Augustine

St. Augustine's old buildings come with rules and with quirks: uneven floors, masonry that doesn't want modern fasteners, and additions layered on over a century. We work carefully inside those constraints, repairing and matching rather than ripping out whatever is inconvenient.

A lot of the commercial work here is hospitality — inns, B&Bs, and restaurants that run on visitor season. We phase those jobs around occupancy, work nights where it helps, and keep guest areas clean and open.

Out toward the beaches and Palm Coast, the work is more conventional remodeling and roofing, with coastal specification on everything the salt air touches.
