Southwest Florida has been rebuilding for years, and a lot of what we're asked to do in Lee County is fixing work that was done in a hurry: roofs that were patched instead of replaced, drywall that went back over damp framing, and trim installed before the building had really dried out.

We open those areas back up, deal with what's underneath, and close them properly. Where a roof is involved we tear off, repair and re-nail the deck, and install a system rated for the exposure rather than the cheapest option that passes.

Alongside restoration we do straightforward remodeling and additions here — kitchens, baths, lanai enclosures, and second-story expansions — on the same written-scope, written-schedule basis as every other area we cover.
