Anna Maria Island is rental country, and on the island the calendar runs the job. Most of our work here is scheduled between bookings or into the shoulder season: floors, baths, kitchens, paint, and roof work that has to be finished and cleaned by a specific Friday.

Island construction is unforgiving about materials. Everything exposed gets coastal-rated hardware and fastenings, exterior wood is specified to survive salt and sun, and roof details are formed rather than caulked. We'd rather quote the version that lasts than the version that photographs well for one season.

We also work on the island's restaurants and bars — including the Gulf Drive and Sandbar stretch — phasing dining rooms, kitchens, and decks so the doors stay open through the work wherever it's possible.
